The compulsory elements of the pack are:
- Index of contents
- Energy Performance Certificate Assesses how energy efficient a home is on a scale of A-G.
- Sale statement Contains basic information on the sale such as the seller’s name, address of the property being sold and its tenure.
- Searches
- Evidence of title Proof that the seller owns the property.
- Leasehold and commonhold documents
